| 21 August Show England |
| Donderdag 19 Augustus ben ik met Axel afgereisd naar
Engeland om deel te nemen aan de Welsh kennelclub show, donderdag kwam
ik bij Jennie en Derek aan en Axel was heel blij om hun weer te zien,
hij voelt zich daar echt nog helemaal thuis.
Vrijdag hebben we de honden allemaal klaar gemaakt voor de show,
Jennie had drie honden ingeschreven.
Zaterdag was het zover om 5.45 vertrokken we naar de show, ik vind
het geweldig showen in Engeland de sfeer is er altijd top en de
exposanten zijn altijd respectvol en sportief tegen elkaar. Axel moest
in de open klas omdat hij hier al verschillende CAC's heeft behaald, de
open klas is in Engeland de zwaarste klasse daar staan alle kampioenen
in, mijn verwachtingen waren dus ook niet heel hoog ik zou het al
geweldig vinden om alleen al geplaatst te worden. Mijn verwachtingen
werden echter overtroffen want wij wonnen de open klas en kregen zelfs
het CC bij de reuen en werden later ook nog eens BOB!!! Onnodig om te
zeggen dat ik helemaal in de wolken was, voor het BOB moesten we tegen
een teef uit dezelfde kennel als Axel we moesten tegen Karamynd Take a
Bow van Jennie want die had het CC bij de teven gekregen en is hiermee
Engels Kampioen geworden!
Jennie en Derek hartelijke dank voor en onvergetelijk weekend en
van harte proficiat met jullie nieuwe kampioen!!!
Hierbij wil ik graag de keurmeester Mrs. Mary Torbet
bedanken!
Thursday 19 of August I went with Axel to
England to take part at the welsh kennel club dogshow. Axel and I stayed
with Jennie and Derek and Axel was very pleased to see them again, he
really likes it with them he hasn't forgotten them.
Friday we prepared the dogs for the show,
saterday we left early in the morning to the show. Axel was entered in
Open Class, my expectations where not so high I thought if we would be
placed that would be great , but we did much better then we thougt we
would, Axel got the CC and became Best Of Breed!!!!!
Needless to say that we where on cloud nine!!!
For the BOB we had to compain with Karamynd Take a Bow from Jennie who
got the CC and became Champion!
Jennie and Derek thank you for an
unforgettable weekend and congratulations with your new champion.

| 25 Juli Show Bad homburg |
| Wat een dag!!!!!!
Gisteren zijn we naar Friedrichsdorf in Duitsland geweest, het was
prachtig weer en de show was buiten dus dat was genieten. De buitenshows
in Duitsland zijn altijd geweldig, erg gezellig altijd lekkere broodjes
en s'middags wat lekkers van de grill.

foto hiernaast zie je het resultaat van de dag!!! |

| Axel was weer in topvorm hij werd wederom beste
van het ras en later in de eindkeuring werd hij beste laagbenige terrier en BEST IN SHOW!!! Ongelofelijk drie weken
geleden waren we ook in Duitsland in Heppenheim en daar werd hij
ook al Best in Show, hij is nu 22 maand oud en is al drie keer
best in show, één keer 2e best in show en één keer 3e best
in show geworden!!!! Onnodig om te zeggen dat we natuurlijk
supertrots zijn op onze kanjer, van harte proficiat aan zijn
fokker Jennie Griffiths en hartelijke dank voor deze mooie
jongen en je support! |

Bruce was ook mee, Bruce is een zoon van Axel.
Hij doet het goed hij werd eerste in de puppyklasse, hij
zal dit jaar geshowd worden, nog even en dan mag hij in de
jeugklas

| Morris had zijn debuut, hij stond in de
jeugdklas, hij begon goed hij kreeg 1 Uitm. en het Jeugd CAC.
Morris hebben wij vorig jaar December van de superbia
kennel in Polen gehaald zijn fokker is Anna Siwulska, Anna
bedankt voor deze mooie jongen. Morris woont bij de Fam. Baas
waar hij het heel erg naar zijn zin heeft. |

25 Juli Show in Bad homburg Germany.
Yesterday we where at a Terriershow in
Germany, we had three dogs with us and at the first photo above you can
see we did very well!!!
Axel did great again he became Best of Breed
and later he became Best Lowlegged Terrier and Best In Show, it's
amazing three weeks ago we where in Germany at a terriershow in
Heppenheim and he became there also Best In Show. He is 22 months old
and he became allready three times Best In Show once 2nd Best In Show
and once 3 rd Best In Show, needles to say how proud we are!!!
Congratulations to his breeder Jennie Grifftiths and thank you very much
for your support we appreciate that very much, again a BIG THANK YOU for
this lovely boy!!! Second photo above is Axel.
Bruce a son of Axel was with us also, he was
in puppyclass and he won his class, he is doing well soon he can go into
junior class. third photos above is Bruce.
Morris had his début, it was his first time
out and he got 1 Exc. JCAC. Morris is from the superbia kennel in Poland
bred by Anna Siwulska, he lives with the fam. Baas they love him very
much. fourth photo above is Morris.

| 4 July Denemarken |

| 21 Juni zijn we voor een week vertrokken naar
Denemarken, we zijn daar drie dagen naar een show geweest maar eerst een
paar dagen vakantie natuurlijk. We hadden een mooi huisje gehuurd met
werkelijk een perfecte ligging, dinsdag kwamen Jennie Thomas en Julie
ook we zaten samen in één huis. Wij hadden twee honden mee, Jennie had
twee honden mee en Thomas had twee honden mee, de ruimte om het huis was
geweldig dus de honden konden mooi lopen, we zaten heel dicht bij het
strand dus werd er natuurlijk elke dag een wandeling naar het strand
gemaakt waar de honden de eerste dagen het water in mochten , Axel vond
het heerlijk! Verder zijn we nog naar Horsens geweest een leuke plaats
waar van alles te beleven is. Hiernaast foto's van het huis en van het

Vrijdag was de wereldtentoonstelling dus donderdag
moesten de honden showklaar gemaakt worden, het weer was de hele week al
prachtig en deze dag ook dus konden we mooi buiten staan. |
| We hadden een restaurantje gevonden bij een jachthaven
een plaatsje verderop waar je heerlijk kon eten, hiernaast foto's van
het uitzicht vanuit het restaurant.
Vrijdag vroeg opstaan en hup naar Herning naar de
wereldtentoonstelling een spannende dag natuurlijk, er waren 154 westies
ingeschreven en we hebben dan ook mooie honden kunnen zien, Jennie werd
met Freddie 3e in de kampioensklas en Thomas werd ook 3e met Alfred in
de open klas, Axel werd 1e in de Tussenklas en onze Angie heeft het
geweldig gedaan onze kleine spruit werd Jeugdwereldkampioen 2010 op de
leeftijd van 10 maanden oud, onnodig om te zeggen dat we natuurlijk
supertrots en superblij waren!!! Zaterdag was de westiespecialty met 104
ingeschreven westies, we hadden daar alleen onze Axel gemeld en wederom
heeft hij daar zijn klasse gewonnen. Zondag was de terrierspecialty en
weer alleen Axel ingeschreven en hij won weer zijn klasse, Freddie van
Jennie won het CAC/BOS, Blanche van Thomas won de kampioensklas en werd
later tweede beste teef. We hebben echt een geweldige week gehad, we
hebben veel gelachen het was super een week om nooit te vergeten. Jennie
Thomas en Julie hartelijke dank voor de gezelligheid dit moeten we nog
eens overdoen. De laaste foto is van de laatste wandeling aan zee, daar
hebben we bij een picknicktafel een foto gemaakt. |

| 4 July Denmark |
| 21 of june we left for Denmark
for three days show, but also a vieuw days holliday ofcourse. We rented
a perfect house where we stayed for the whole week with Jennie, Thomas
and Julie. Together we had six dogs there was plenty of room
around the house so the dogs could move freely around. The house was
very near to the beach so every day we walked with the dogs to the beach,
if they wanted they could go into the sea Axel really loved the sea. The
first four photos above are from the house and the seavieuw and from the
woods.
Friday was the worldshow so we had to
prepare the dogs on thursday which you can see on the next photo.
We found a very nice place where we could
eat a very good meal at a harbor.
Friday was the worlddogshow in Herning a
very exciting day there where 154 westies entered. Jennie was placed
with Freddie third place in Championclass, Alfred from Thomas was placed
third in open class and our Axel won intermediar class, our young bitch
Angie became Worldjuniorchampion 2010, amazing isn't it, no need to say
that we where very proud and very happy!!! Saterday we went to the
westiespecialty there where 104 westies entered Axel won his class again
we only entered Angie at the worlddogshow not at the other two shows.
Sunday was the terrierspecialty and Jennie got with Freddie the CAC/BOS,
Thomas got with Blanche 2nd best bitch and Axel won his class again for
the third time in a row.
We had a very nice week with very nice
company, we laughed a lot and had a great time. Jennie Thomas and Julie
thank you for this great week, we will do this once again. The last
photos are from the vieuw from the restaurant at the harbor, and the
last one from our last walk at the beach where we are sitting on a
picknick table to enjoy the vieuw for the last time. |

| Succesvol weekend
Dit was een heel succesvol weekend. Ik was met Axel in Duitsland
en hij werd daar BOB onder rassenspecialist Dhr. W. Berghäuser en later
werd hij onder keurmeester Dhr. T. Himmrich geselecteerd bij de laatste
vier laagbenige terriers.
Onze vriendin Aniko van de Rockwell kennel in Hongarije behaalde
met Binky (Armadale's Leader of the game) in Maribor het CAC/RCACIB
vanuit de tussenklas. Op de clubshow behaalde hij Jeugd Clubwinnaar
Beste Jeugdhond en BOB, en werd hiermee definitief Slovenisch jeugd
kampioen. Prachtige resultaten voor deze jonge reu, wij zijn trots op
Binky en zijn eigenaar Aniko!!!
Succesful weeken
This weekend was very succesful. I was with
Axel in Germany en he became BOB under breedspecialist Mr. W.
Berghäuser and later he was selected with the last four lowlegged
terriers under judge Mr. T. Himmrich.
Our friend Aniko from the Rockwell kennel in
Hungary did very well with Binky (Armadale's leader of the game), in
Maribor he got the CAC/RCACIB and at the clubshow he became
Juniorclubwinner Best Junior and BOB and with this result he became
Slovenian Juniorchampion. Great results for such a young dog, well done
Aniko and Binky we are very proud of you!!!! |
| Crufts 2010
Dit jaar heb ik met Axel mee gedaan op de Crufts dit is de
grootste hondenshow van de wereld. Hij stond in de Junior class en hij
werd tweede in deze klasse dat was natuurlijk super!!! Ik heb geweldige
dagen gehad ik ben Dinsdag afgereisd naar Engeland, ik logeerde bij de
fokker van Axel bij Jennie Griffiths, het was geweldig Axel vond het
leuk om Jennie en Derek weer te zien, hij voelde zich er helemaal
thuis. Vrijdag was de Crufts en we hebben daar een hele geweldige dag
gehad, Zaterdag ben ik weer naar huis gegaan. Jennie en Derek bedankt
voor de mooie dagen, Axel en ik hebben genoten, het was geweldig!!!!
For the first time I entered a dog at the
Crufts dogshow, I entered Axel in Junior Class and he became second in
his class we where very proud of that achievement ofcourse. I had some
wonderful days, on Thuesday I traveled to England and I stayed with
Jennie and Derek. It was great and Axel was very pleased to see Jennie
and Derek again. Friday was Crufts and we all had a great day, Saturday
Axel and I went home again. Jennie and Derek thank you for the lovely
time I had with you, I enjoyed it very much!!!! Margret thank you for
the very nice food you made for us at Crufts. |

| Joyce en Axel zijn de trotse ouders geworden van 5
pupjes 2 reutjes en 3 teefjes.
Joyce (Armadale's Leading Lady) and Axel (Karamynd
Guns with Roses) became the proud parents of 5 puppies 2 boys and 3
girls for the pedigree of the puppies look at the page puppies.

Wij feliciteren Hana from kennel Blataj uit Tjechië, haar reu Rufus Blataj werd
top westie 2009 in Tjechië
en haar teef Rebecca Blataj werd 3e en tevens beste westieteef 2009 in Tjechië
beide honden zijn
kinderen van onze Armadale's Masters Choice (Mike).
Armadale's Up to Date (Mabel) staat in de nederlandse top tien op de achtste
plaats en is tevens vierde beste
westieteef NL 2009.
We congratulate Hana from kennel Blataj (Tjech), her dog Rufus Blataj became top
westie 2009 in Tjech
and his littersister Rebecca Blataj became 3rd best westie and best westiebitch,
these are offsprings

Terugblik op het jaar 2009.
In April hebben wij van de werldberoemde kennel Karamynd onze Axel (Karamynd
Guns with Roses) opgehaald,
wij hadden deze reu al sinds December 2008 op het oog maar Jennie wist
nog niet of ze Axel of Morgan wou verkopen,
in Maart 2009 kregen we te horen dat ze Axel aan ons wou
verkopen,
wij waren natuurlijk heel erg blij met dit bericht en 24 April ben ik afgereisd
en heb hem
opgehaald tevens in dat weekend ook een show bezocht natuurlijk, ik heb een
heerlijk weekend gehad bij Derek en Jennie.
Axel blijkt een echt toppertje te zijn.
Hij is niet alleen gezond en mooi maar heeft een geweldig karakter.
Jennie hartelijke dank voor deze kanjer!!!
Onze Mike (Armadale's Masters Choice) is voor een tijdje bij onze vriendin Aniko
Gorbics-Mayer van
de Rockwell kennel in Hongarije waar ze veel plezier met hem beleven en op de
shows doet hij het daar ook goed.

Armadale's Up to Date werd Nederlands kampioen.
Armadale's Masters Choice werd Servisch Kampioen en Roemeens Kampioen waarvoor
dank aan Aniko.
Armadale's Here I am (eig.: Aniko Gorbics Mayer) behaalde maar liefst 12 CAC's
en werd
Croatisch Kampioen, Roemeens Kampioen, Internationaal Kampioen, Clubwinner
Slovenië terrier clubshow,
en Clubwinner Roemenië terriershow Targu mures.
Armadale's Ready to go to france (eig.: F. Mayer) werd Zwitsers Kampioen.
Armadale's Leader of the game (eig.: A. Gorbics) de nieuwe reu van Aniko die nog jong is behaalde Best puppy
en 1 JCAC.
Karamynd Guns with Roses behaalde in 13 shows maar liefst 10 keer het JCAC, 1
CAC, 1 RCAC.
Hij werd 6 keer BOB 3 keer BESTE JEUGDHOND IN SHOW, 1 keer 2e BESTE JEUGDHOND IN
SHOW,
1 keer BEST IN SHOW, 1 keer 2e BEST IN SHOW, en 1 keer 3e BEST IN SHOW.
BESTE JEUGDHOND WORLDWIDE WESTIESHOWNEWS 2009.
Hij behaalde de titels Duits KFT JEUGDKAMPIOEN EN NEDERLANDS JEUGDKAMPIOEN.
The year 2009
In April we bought from the worldfamous kennel Karamynd our Axel (Karamynd Guns
with Roses).
In March 2009 we got a mail where she said that she wants to sell Axel to us,
and ofcourse we where very happy, so the 24th of
April I went over to collect him and ofcourse I went to a show that weekend, I
had a lovely time with Derek and Jennie.
Axel is not only healthy and beautiful but he also has a great character.
Jennie thank you very much for this beautiful dog!!!!!!
Our Mike (Armadale's Masters Choice) stays for a while with our friend Aniko
Gorbics-Mayer from the Rockwell kennel
in Hungary, where they have lots of fun with him and he is doing very well at
shows there.

Armadale's Masters Choice became Serbian and Romanian Champion thanks to Aniko.

We congratulate Jennie Griffiths (Karamynd kennel) with
Karamynd Play the game Top Westie UK 2009 this is his second top westie in a row
Jennie Griffiths Karamynd Kennel Top Breeder UK 2009 this is the fourth year in
a row that she is Top Breeder UK
This is a very big achievement!!!!!
